Financial / stock market this week – January 28
It was highly volatile week all across stock markets around the world. Many fell on Monday on Jupiter and Saturn trine, on January 21. They will form two more exact trines in 2008 -September 8 and finally on November 21. They interacted last time in fire signs on March 16 and May 6 of 2007. The March 16 date was just two days after the end of a very sharp 2-3 week stock market sell-off. May 6 was one day before a crest in the NASDAQ Composite, followed by a modest sell-off into May 16. And now on January 21, we saw a sharp sell off in all markets.
Fed came to rescue this sell of by reducing a sell-off by reducing rate by seventy-five basis point. I wrote the same in last week column “With Jupiter in Capricorn, home of Saturn and ruling sign of such things as real estate and government, it would seem that the economic leaders of this nation could resolve the sub-prime mortgage crisis that is currently spooking the markets”
Mercury (planet of communication) and Mars (planet of impulsive energy) will turn their directions this week on January 28 and 30. Last time during Mars directional change, we saw sharp decline in gold prices. Will this happen again??
Venus is having its ingress of Capricorn from January 24, lasting through February 17. For the first 8 days of this ingress, it will cross the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction in early Capricorn. Thus we now watch to see if they can post a significant rally into January 24-February 1, the time band in which Venus translates the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction, much like they did into December 11.
In conclusion, volatility will continue this week. Gold price could see sudden movement near January 30.

Love astrology equation this week – January 28
Venus (goddess of love) is in earthy and practical sign of Capricorn. Venus in Capricorn indicates reserved, cautious, refined and somewhat cool romantic energies. Near this time, your emotional well-being is more dependent on financial security and social status, rather than love and marriage.

Stock markets around the world continued their plunge all last week. Many fell to new yearly lows, and many others are now testing their lows of last August. It happened all across the globe, inclusive of emerging markets. In other markets, Crude Oil continued its decline from the 100.00/barrel mark, falling below 90.00 last week.
Jupiter and Saturn trine is an amazing aspect. The principle of expansion harmonizes with the force for consolidation. Aries will see culmination point in their love life or emotional high point near January 22. Full moon in Leo is the reason for it. In past, Aries were having active love life.
